We sometimes aren’t aware of our emotional habits and how they drain our energy. We’ve often carried these habits for many years, so much so, they become part of our everyday life – draining our energy, causing both emotional and physical anxiety and stress, affecting our mood and outlook on life and causing negativity.
In this video, I’ll discuss the first secret drain on our energy – when we’re not being true to ourselves, and share my top tip for finding space in your life to begin the process of balancing your inner self with the constant demands of everyday.
When you’re being true to yourself, you’ll need to honestly recognise what you feel, value and want, and learn how to communicate your feelings with both yourself and others.
