In this video, I’ll discuss the fourth secret drain on our energy– when we become obsessed with achieving our goals.

Are you a perfectionist, an obsessive goal setter– always striving to get things done, tackling things at full pace with high energy? If so, you’ll know that eventually we can become so obsessed with achieving our goals, we lose sight of the purpose, and start to feel tired, drained and defeated.

I’ve had my own experience of liking to be ‘in control’ and learned ways to manage it and change my  patterns of behaviour by  meditation and trusting in the  universe to guide me. It’s not easy, and it’s something I have to consistently remind myself to do – but it’s worth it!
