“With freedom, books, flowers and the moon…who could not be happy?” Oscar Wilde
Is the excitement of the New year starting to go a bit flat?
Are you in need of a January Reboot?
Maybe you feel stuck on the treadmill of life, in a relentless pattern of struggle to find a better work life balance.
Do you have reoccurring periods of illness and emotional stress and feel disconnected to your body and your feminine cyclical nature?
Do you lack in self-confidence and belief listening to your loud inner critic rather than the soft whisper of your soul?
Perhaps you struggle to switch off and slow down to really value all you have and what you have already achieved?
Well, I have the answer to all these common female challenges!!
I’d love to show you how to connect to your own inner moon goddess and embody the restorative and unlimited energy that you have already deep within you.
That’s why I created Manifest with the Moon Virtual Circle group program – How to create unlimited lunar abundance and joy by connecting to your feminine inner power and the 8 phases of the moon.
The Moon is important in many cultures around the world and it’s incredible energy has been used for centuries as it affects the ocean tides, nature and the seasons. The moon is associated with the divine Feminine and the magical and intuitive nature of women. I’d love to share with you my Moon story, so many women I meet tell me they have always felt a connection to the Moon!
For me it all started about 24 years ago when my daughter was young and as a single parent it was always me driving us home at night from anywhere. I remember I would see the Moon and tell her the story that the Moon was following us home to make sure we were guided back safely to our house!
I always had this sense that when looking up at the night sky I would feel I was never on my own. Mother Moon was always there looking out for me. It was my place of safety when life became challenging.
Creating Manifest with the Moon Virtual circle came from my own transformational journey of learning all about how the moon can transform how you live your life and connect with women’s own cyclical nature. For me the Moon offers a mirror for self-awareness, a path to practise self-care and enhance our wellbeing, happiness levels and maintain a balance in our lives.
When I talk about Abundance it isn’t a synonym for money, I see it as a way of being, living in flow or superflow, a way to invite more goodness in your life. Abundance can mean gentle steeping in self-love and trusting the right process.
Our ancestors lived in alignment with the seasons and phases of the moon and the feminine energy in particular can be harnessed at this time. Working with the moon will help bring about this inner light and balance if you feel you need to find with your feminine spirit. The new Moon is the perfect time to start the process.
The Program runs for 4 weeks and starts at the next New Moon on Friday 24th, 2020 the first New Moon of 2020.

The concept of gratitude is very prominent in the self-help and personal development world, and the word itself can sometimes feel overused. When I first heard about practicing gratitude, I was extremely sceptical at first, but willing to give it a try. I committed to using a diary and writing down three things each day that I was grateful for and surprisingly it really helped to shift my focus and make me think about the good things in my life.
When we’re consumed and overwhelmed by parts of our lives which we feel we can’t control, we often and unknowingly spiral down into a pattern of negativity, by shifting our focus to gratitude, we can improve our outlook and well-being, becoming more positive and improving our health, relationships and lowering our stress levels, gratitude has the effect of disconnecting us from negative emotions and the ‘dwelling on’ them which often occurs – particularly at this time of year, which in turn gives you a calmer and more accepting attitude.
To hear my three top tips for practising gratitude in your life and the surprising and positive impact it can have, watch my latest video GRATITUDE on my YouTube channel:
Emotional Burnout – most people aware of what it means, it’s a popular concept and is often associated with the workplace, but it’s also relevant outside of the workplace and in particular to women. Emotional Burnout is more about feeling mentally, physically and emotionally drained – losing your get-up-and-go for all aspects of your life.
I have recently been working with a lot of women with emotional burnout and have recognized that it’s often the hardest workers who experience it, the feelings of detachment and loss of drive being something new to them. A recent study from the Mental Health Foundation found 74% of people feel stressed, overwhelmed and feel they can’t cope.
Women are more prone to emotional burnout because it’s like the dark side of multitasking – which we wear like a badge of honour – we manage our families, careers and home life, often forgetting to look after ourselves.
5 signs which give you an indication that you are on the brink of Emotional Burnout:
1. Low Energy
2. Lack of Motivation
3. Particularly Short-Tempered
4. Lack of Self-Belief
5. Not Taking Care of Yourself

Happiness can generally be described as how satisfied you are with your life and how good you feel on a daily basis. If you’re feeling unhappy or experiencing a period of anxietyand a loss of contentment, finding happiness can be really difficult, but not impossible (even though it may seem so).
Last week, I talked about my three favourite tips for finding happiness – gratitude – movement – visualization on a live video, don’t worry if you missed it, you can watch it here.
The three techniques for finding happiness which I use most often and which have had the biggest impact on my daily life are:
The term ‘gratitude’ is frequently used in the self-development world and its positive impact on our emotions can often be overlooked. A grateful attitude can help you to gain perspective, stay in the present and experience positive emotions, helping to break the cycle of negativity in your life and build a stronger relationship with yourself.
We’re told it all the time – exercise more, aim to reach your step count each day, go to the gym more often – but the reality is that’s sometimes really difficult to do, especially when you’re feeling unhappy or sad, trying to motivate yourself can then become part of a cycle of negativity.
Many people aren’t aware of how visualization techniques can help you find the space to let go and clear your mind when you feel anxious or unhappy. Spending time meditating can help you to focus your thoughts, connect with your emotions and re-discover your imagination.
For my top tips on incorporating Gratitude, Movement and Visualization into your daily life, watch the video here.
I hope you find the video helpful and I’d love to hear your comments – what techniques do you use? What’s the special thought or memory that always brings a smile to your face?

Do you have stress & negativity in your life? Would you like to feel joy & happiness again?
Humans, especially women, have had a deep connection to the moon for centuries. Each phase of the moon— new, first quarter, full, and last quarter — occurs, on average, once a month. When we tune in to the different phases of the moon, we can release some of life’s stresses and find our intuitive rhythm, our Divine “sat-nav”.
When we are emotionally following the same moon phases, we find that the more in touch with these phases we are, the more impact they can have on our lives. This can help us create and manifest the life that we desire.
In this video, I explore the ways in which the moons phases can help you, and the reasons you should tap into the celestial empowerment that it gives us.
1st Reason – it helps you to slow down
2nd Reason – helps you to amplify the power of your dreams
3rd Reason – creates specific times for self-care
4th Reason – great for creating self-awareness
