Are you feeling drained and lacking in energy? In this week’s video I talk about 3 easy hacks on how to boost your energy and recharge.

 

Implementing these 3 easy steps can make you feel good about yourself again:

 

  1. Ask yourself, what is your current battery percentage? If you were a battery and 100% was full of energy, feeling positive, confident and full of life and 0% was feeling exhausted, drained and lacking motivation.  What percentage would you put yourself at?  When we recognize that our battery may be running a bit low – it’s the first step towards making a change.

 

  1. How can you recharge yourself? Think about what is it that’s making you feel more drained, is it a situation? a person? a relationship? Work? something inside yourself that your struggling with? – knowing what it is that’s making your feel low lets you begin thinking about how you can move on.

 

  1. How can you create more joy in your life? What lifts you up? Is it people that lift you up, does spending time with them make you feel better? Is it a hobby or something that you haven’t done for a long time that gives you a sense of calm and contentment? Is it being creative or spending time outdoors? All of these can make us feel more energised.

 

Spending a couple of minutes each day asking yourself these questions and listening to the answers will help you feel more in control and immediately boost your energy.
